PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize flow of a stored liquid and a liquid level by suppressing sloshing generated on the liquid level even when a fluid flows swiftly toward the liquid level stored in a liquid tank.SOLUTION: A liquid storing facility 3 includes: a liquid tank 31 for storing a liquid W; a circulation pipe 33 for circulating a fluid toward a liquid level Wa of the liquid stored in the liquid tank from the upper part; and a fluid discharging means 34 for discharging the fluid in the circulation pipe in a direction along the liquid level above the liquid level. In the liquid storing facility, the fluid discharging means includes: a fluid discharging part 41 provided in the circulation pipe so that inside of the liquid tank communicates with inside of the circulation pipe above the liquid level; and a lid 42 provided movably between a first position 42A for disconnecting the inside from the outside of the circulation pipe by the fluid discharging part and a second position for connecting the inside and the outside of the communication pipe. |
