PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectrode excellent in utilization efficiency of incident light, and a dye-sensitized solar cell.SOLUTION: A photoelectrode 1 includes a transparent electrode 10 and a porous semiconductor layer 13 laminated on the transparent electrode 10. The porous semiconductor layer 13 is constituted of mixed particles containing fine particles 14 on which a sensitizing dye is adsorbed and fine particles 15 on which the sensitizing dye is not adsorbed. |
