PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device that prevents a user's comfort from being impaired, and also prevents designability from being impaired.SOLUTION: A ventilating device has a body 1, an exhaust fan 9 installed in the body 1 to take air to be exhausted into the body 1, an air supply fan 8 installed in the body 1 to take air to be supplied into the body 1, a heat exchanger 11 for performing heat-exchange of the air supplied from the exhaust fan 9 and the air supplied from the air supply fan 8 for air supply, a panel 2 being provided in the front face of the body 1, which forms an air outlet 1E from which air heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 11 and is to be supplied, is blown out, by the front face of the body 1 and the back face of itself, and wind direction changing parts 3, 90 which change the wind direction of the air blown out from the air outlet 1E, being provided rotatably in the under side of the air outlet 1E. |
