PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type temperature measuring device capable of accurately measuring the temperature of a work even having a surface with different properties.SOLUTION: Temperature of the portion to be applied with a radiation promotion agent of a work of the same type as a work W to be measured is measured using emissivity &egr;o measured in advance in a state applied with the radiation promotion agent. Since the emissivity &egr; of the portion is increased with the application of a radiation promotion agent, the ratio of the reflection amount of the heat radiation from outside of a measurement target at the portion to the real amount of the heat radiation from the portion is reduced. Consequently the influence of the heat radiation from outside of the measurement target can be reduced. In addition, the difference in the properties of a work surface is absorbed with the applied radiation promotion agent, so that the variation in &egr; can be reduced. The measurement of the portion to be applied with a radiation promotion agent using emissivity &egr;o measured in advance in a state applied with a radiation promotion agent thus allows the temperature of the work W to be accurately measured even for the work surface with different properties. |
