PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device of a power transmission mechanism capable of restraining aeration when an oil level is inclined while reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: A baffle plate 20 has an arched shape when viewed from a rotational axis direction of a gear G and has a baffle plate body 21 extending in a rotational axis direction, a tubular portion 22 which has an oil suction port 22c on a bottom surface side of a transmission case 11 and extends in a rotational axis direction toward a circulation passage opening 14, and a plane portion 23 which connects the tubular portion 22 with the baffle plate body 21 and extends in a rotational axis direction.
