PURPOSE: A natural convection type aerosol testing apparatus and a testing method thereof are provided to improve test reliability by simply installing a duct without the significant renovation of a natural convection type aerosol testing chamber. CONSTITUTION: A natural convection type aerosol testing apparatus comprises a testing chamber, a fan filter unit (210), a dust collection unit, an aerosol particle generation unit (220), an air collector (230), and a particle measurement unit. The fan filter unit makes the external air to flow into the testing chamber. The dust collection unit is connected to the fan filter unit to collect the external unit which flows into the testing chamber. The aerosol particle generation unit is arranged closed to the lower end of the dust collection unit, and generates aerosol particles inside the dust collection unit. The external air and the aerosol particles are mixed, and flowed into the air collector. The particle measurement unit measures the concentration of particles which are collected by the air collector. [Reference numerals] (271) Compressor |
