PURPOSE: A height adjustable pillow is provided to enable a user to adjust the amount of air inside an air pocket installed inside the pillow. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable pillow comprises a settling part in which the neck or head is settled, a receiving part(130) formed in the inner side of settling part, and an air pocket(150) which is received into the receiving part. The height of the settling part is able to be adjusted by adjusting the amount of air inside an air pocket. In the receiving part, a frame member is received. The air pocket is received into the frame member. |
