FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: as per the first version, device for series sublimation drying of pharmaceutical solutions in hollow medical bodies includes a sublimation drying device and at least one camera (9). Possibility is provided for obtaining at least by means of one camera (9) of images of at least one pharmaceutical solution intended for sublimation drying; possibility of using images for control and/or monitoring of a sublimation drying process is provided; according to the invention, camera (9) is installed so that it is possible to obtain images from inner space (1) of the sublimation drying device. As per the second version, the device differs from the first one so that camera (9) is installed in inner space (1); as per the third version, the device differs from the first one and the second one so that it includes an assessment device that has the possibility of performing assessment of received images considering the state of sublimated substance at every moment of the process; at that, the assessment device provides the change of parameters of the sublimation drying process based on image assessment. Monitoring and/or control method of series sublimation drying of pharmaceutical solutions in hollow medical bodies as per the first version at use of the device as per the first version consists in the fact that a sublimation drying device and at least one camera (9) are used. At least one camera (9) receives images at least of one pharmaceutical solution intended for sublimation drying. Those images are used to control and/or monitor a sublimation drying process differing by the fact that camera (9) take pictures in inner space (1) of the sublimation drying device. Monitoring and/or control method of series sublimation drying of pharmaceutical solutions in hollow medical bodies as per the second version at use of the device as per the second version differs from the method as per the first version so that camera (9) is installed in inner space (1) of the sublimation drying device and pictures are taken in that inner space (1) by means of that camera. Monitoring and/or control method of series sublimation drying of pharmaceutical solutions in hollow medical bodies as per the third version at use of the device as per the third version differs from the method as per the first and the second versions so that images are assessed considering the state of sublimated substance at every moment of the process, and based on assessment of images, parameters of the sublimation drying process are changed.EFFECT: improvement of the device.61 cl, 1 dwg |
