PURPOSE: A wireless data transmission device and a method thereof are provided to solve the shortage problem of frequency resources and to reduce adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) and peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). CONSTITUTION: A sensing part detects available unused resources from the utilized band of an operation frequency band based on spectrum sensing technology (S211). A control part selects a channel or a frequency band for wireless data transmission based on the detected available unused resources (S230), and determines whether the initiation of communications is possible through the selected channel (S240). If the initiation of communications is possible, a transmission part transmits data through the channel (S250).
