<p>The device (1) has a wireless modem (3) electronically connected to a microcontroller (2), and a power supply circuit connected to the wireless modem and the microcontroller. The power supply circuit has a measurement loop (4) and a capacitor (5) connected in parallel with the loop and with the microcontroller for supplying power to the microcontroller. The capacitor is connected to the wireless modem via a voltage booster (6) e.g. direct current (DC)/DC converter, for supplying power to the wireless modem from the loop via the capacitor and the voltage booster.</p> |
