PURPOSE: An infilled type freezing pipe and a ground freezing method using the same are provided to maximize ground freezing effects using a small amount of refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: An infilled type freezing pipe (100) comprises an outer pipe (110), an inner pipe (120), a refrigerant inlet (121), a plurality of fillers (300), and a refrigerant outlet (111). The inner pipe is installed inside the outer pipe with the bottom end opened. The refrigerant inlet is formed on the top of the inner pipe. The fillers are filled in an area between the inner and outer pipes. The refrigerant outlet is formed on the top of the outer pipe.
