METHOD FOR DETECTING ANALYTES INDUCING ENLARGEMENT OF GOLD NANOPARTICLES

PURPOSE: A method for detecting a growth inducing material of golden nanoparticles is provided to easily measure the growth inducing material of the golden nanoparticles by forming a growth reaction of the golden nanoparticles in a solid state and to be applied to the manufacture of a various fluorescence-based optical bio sensor. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a growth inducing material of golden nanoparticles includes the following steps of: manufacturing a detection probe by fixing the golden nanoparticles on the surface of a carrier including fluorescent materials; adding a golden nonoparticle growing material to the manufactured detection probe; inducing the growth of the golden nanoparticles on the detection probe by adding the growth inducing material of the golden nanoparticles to the detection probe in which the golden nonoparticle growing material is added; and detecting the growth inducing material of the golden nanoparticles by measuring the fluorescent intensity of the detection probe in which the growth of the golden nanoparticles is induced.
