PURPOSE: An operation method of a combination cycle plant, and a plant for implementing the same are provided to be operated at a low partial load. CONSTITUTION: An operation method of a combination cycle plant, and a plant for implementing the same includes comprises a gas turbine (11), a compressor (14), combustors (15,15'), turbines (16,16'), a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) (18), and a steam turbine (19). The gas turbine has an entrance temperature effect air inlet system (12a or 12c) for adjusting the temperature of the entrance air. The compressor is placed in the downstream of the entrance temperature effect air inlet system (12a), and installed with variable inlet guide vanes (13). The combustor is in the downstream of the compressor. The turbine is in the downstream of the combustor. The HRSG is in the downstream of the gas turbine. The steam turbine expands activation vapor which generates mechanical power. |
