FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and represents suitable for ingestion composition in form of particles for pain relief and reduction of inflammation in throat, which contains: a) at least one compound, selected from group, which consists of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, amylmetacresol, cetylpyridinium chloride, hexidine, hexylresorcinol, flurbiprofen, lidocaine, benzocaine, ibuprofen, paracetamol, pectin, menthol and benzydamine; and b) bio-adhesive material in quantity to 10 wt %, and c) bicarbonate and/or organic acid, with particles having size less than 1 mm.EFFECT: invention ensures necessary shearing force for effective expansion and complete hydration of carbopol with obtaining water dispersion for a short time, as well as forms gel with very high viscosity at low concentrations and has good property of film formation, which adds sensation of coating, perfect fluidity, suppression of dust and stability.22 cl, 3 ex, 6 dwg |
