PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily sterilize preforms.SOLUTION: Superheated steam (S) at 150°C to 500°C under a pressure higher than an atmospheric pressure made from water to which hydrogen peroxide having a content of 0.5% to 15% is mixed is sprayed to at least an inside surface of all surfaces including a mouth part (1a) of the preform (1) thereby bacteria sticking to the preform (1) are sterilized.
