PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project management support system capable of appropriately grasping productivity with respect to various factors influencing execution of a task in a system construction project, for every person in charge of the task, and flexibly reflecting it on a task schedule.SOLUTION: The project management support system includes: a schedule creation unit 10 that defines one or more tasks to be executed in a project and registers them in a task DB 21; and an application registration unit 20 that accepts a self assessment of charging of the execution of the task and operation man-hours from a project member, and registering the project member as a person in charge of the task in a corresponding task registered in the task DB 21. The schedule creation unit 10 performs scheduling of each task registered in the task DB 21 on the basis of an instruction from a project manager. |
