PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid ejecting apparatus in which the inner pressure of a fluid chamber can be increased.SOLUTION: A fluid ejecting apparatus 100, including a fluid ejecting unit 10 that ejects fluid from a fluid ejecting opening 30 in pulses by reducing the capacity of a fluid chamber 60 by a diaphragm 40 and a fluid supply tube 20 communicated to the fluid ejecting unit 10, includes: an inlet channel 72 that supplies the fluid to the fluid chamber 60; and a check valve 90 formed on the diaphragm 40 and disposed between the inlet channel 72 and the fluid chamber 60, in which the check valve 90 closes the inlet channel 72 when the capacity of the fluid chamber 60 is reduced, and the check valve 90 is bent when the capacity of the fluid chamber 60 is recovered to the initial state to open the inlet channel 72. |
