PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in translation of a web page.SOLUTION: A translation control device 100 translates a plurality of original pages which are web pages described in a first language into notation in a second language by controlling a plurality of translation processing units. The translation control device 100 provides the translated translation pages to a user, and calculates an evaluation value of user action to the translation pages. The translation control device 100 performs adjustment so that a translation processing unit which has translated a translation page with the higher calculated evaluation value performs more translation of the original pages.
