摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device having a simple construction and capable of properly obtaining data on emitted radiation ray with a simple treatment.SOLUTION: A radiation detection device includes a radiation ray detection part having a semiconductor detection element which generates charge pairs in response to the exposure of radiation rays and a resistance switch whose one end is connected to the semiconductor detection element, voltage supply means which supplies a predetermined voltage to the end of the resistance switch, and control means which controls the voltage supply from the voltage supply means. The control means supplies a first reference voltage which allows the resistance switch to be turned into a low resistance state. The radiation ray detection part detects incoming radiation rays from the change in the resistance state of the resistance switch which is turned into a high resistance state by a second reference voltage applied to the resistance switch in response to charge pairs generated in the semiconductor detection element by incoming radiation rays from outside and allows the charge pairs generated by the semiconductor detection element to be stored in the semiconductor detection element.
