PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure capable of suppressing occurrence of film floating of an insulating film on a transparent conductive film and obtaining excellent electric connectivity between the transparent conductive film and a metal film.SOLUTION: In a wiring conversion portion 45 connecting an underlying conductive film 2 and a first conductive film 5, each serving as wiring, a first transparent conductive film 6 covers the edge surface of the first conductive film 5, and a corner portion of a portion in which the first transparent conductive film 6 contacts an underlying first insulating film 8 (an outside portion of the width of the first conductive film 5) is formed in a pattern having an angle larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 270 degrees. A second transparent conductive film 7 is connected with the underlying conductive film 2 and the first transparent conductive film 6, and the first transparent conductive film 6 is connected with the first conductive film 5, and the underlying conductive film 2 is thereby electrically connected with the first conductive film 5. |
