PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel flavanone compound and a novel stilbene compound each having an excellent antimicrobial property and an excellent antioxidant property, and an antimicrobial agent, an antioxidant and an apiculture composition each having an excellent antimicrobial property and an excellent antioxidant property.SOLUTION: An example of flavanone compounds has a structure shown by formula. These compounds inclusive of the compound are extracted and separated from an apiculture composition harvested in south pacific countries.
