PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake port of an air conditioning system for a vehicle, which consists of a fresh air duct for sucking fresh air from a periphery of the vehicle, an inside air circulating pipe duct for sucking air from a cabin and an air outlet for transferring air to a blower.SOLUTION: An intake port includes a fresh air duct 2 for sucking fresh air, an inside air circulating pipe duct 4 for sucking air from a cabin, and an air outlet and a flap 10 for guiding air to a blower. The flap provided with surfaces 17a, 17b is supported so as to be rockable inside the housing located between two end positions and so as to take an intermediate position. Surfaces of a housing wall 9, partition wall 7 and flap 10 compose a fresh air duct. The housing wall forms an outline in which a flow cross-section of the fresh air duct 2 in a flowing direction 3 of fresh air is tapered so as to compensate a dynamic pressure inside the new duct in connection with a surface of the flap. The housing wall includes a forming part 18. The forming part is formed of a plane 18a obliquely projecting to the inside of a fluid cross section of the fresh air duct and reducing the fluid cross section taking a housing wall as a starting point, and a plane 18b adjoining the plane 18a in a flowing direction 3 of the fresh air and arranged in a direction of the housing wall. |
