PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a facility operation plan for easily determining an operation plan whose operation cost is small concerning facility equipment including a cogeneration system.SOLUTION: A method for determining a facility operation plan 1 is provided with: a step S13 for setting a load factor of a cogeneration system as high as possible; a step S13 for calculating a cost by bearing a part of a heat load and a power load of facility equipment in an cogeneration system and regarding a composition bearing the residual heat load and the power load by a heat pump 12 and commercial power 21 as a first operation plan; a step S14 calculating a cost by regarding a composition bearing the whole of the heat load and the power load of the facility equipment with the heat pump and the commercial power as a second operation plan; and steps S15-S17 for determining an operation plan whose operation cost is lower than one of two operation plans. |
