PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely operate a brake and restore by releasing the brake without using an actuator with a large driving force for a ropeless governor mechanism.SOLUTION: A stop device has brake links, connecting part, an elastic body part, a lock part, and a control part. The brake link connects to every brake shoe moving up and down relative to an elevating body along a rail. The connecting part connects the brake links each other such that the plurality of brake links carries out the same up and down movement. The elastic body part applies a force rotating the brake links in a direction braking the elevating body to the connecting part. A lock part is connected to the connecting part and locks the position of the brake links to the first position where a brake does not act and release the same to the second position where the break acts. The control part controls so as to brake the elevating body by releasing an energy accumulated in the elastic body by locating the position of the brake links in the second position by the lock part. |
