PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure starting operation of a power source without using a battery.SOLUTION: A portable terminal comprises: a power generation device, a power source, and a load circuit for converting kinetic energy to electric power and outputting the electric power; an input device for inputting a power starting instruction; a switching device for connecting the power source to the load circuit; and a control device which starts in response to an output from the power generation device and monitors the state of the input device, and starts the switching device when the power starting instruction is inputted. |
