A coprocessor (101-1) stores in a local memory (102-1) a driver execution commencement time for each execution commencement of each driver. If a CPU call process is carried out during the execution of the driver (A), the coprocessor (101-1) computes the difference between the execution commencement time and the present time for the driver (B) and the driver (C). Citing the example of the driver (C), the coprocessor (101-1) adds a processing time (t2a) for the CPU call process of the driver (A) and a processing time (t1b) for a normal process of the driver (B) to the difference which is computed with regard to the driver (C). The coprocessor (101-1) determines whether the respective calculation results with regard to the driver (C) adhere to respective restriction times thereto. When it is determined that the calculation results with regard to the driver (C) cannot adhere to the restriction times, the coprocessor (101-1) notifies another coprocessor (101-2) of an execution request of the driver (C).
