PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card in which deformation such as curling or warpage can be reduced and to provide a method for manufacturing the card.SOLUTION: A card 1 includes: a base material 11; a first laser heating layer 12 laminated on the base material 11, which generates heat by laser irradiation; a surface layer 15 laminated on the first laser heating layer 12 as the outermost surface layer; and a first foamed layer 14 laminated between the first laser heating layer 12 and the surface layer 15, which foams by heat generation of the first laser heating layer 12 and forms the surface layer 15 as a projection part.
