PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household electrical appliance service system and a refrigerator with high usability and security safety.SOLUTION: A household electrical appliance service system is composed of a refrigerator equipped with an RFID tag 21 for performing proximity communication, a portable terminal 22 equipped with a communication function with the RFID tag and a connection function to the Internet, application software which actualize interactive service with a plurality of household electrical appliances, and a server system which performs information management and control in which interactive information communication is performed by an action to touch an object refrigerator with the portable terminal 22 since the communication is performed by an action to touch the refrigerator being an object, a user does not wander to operate, can use at ease, is facilitated in use, and since data are directly transmitted and received between the refrigerator and the portable terminal without intervening the internet, no security problem occurs, thus also improving safety. |
