PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing in high purity and efficiency (R)-4-(ethylamino)-3,4-dihydro-2-(3-methoxypropyl)-2H-thieno[3,2,e]-1,2-thiazine-6-sulfonamide 1,1-dioxide.SOLUTION: A method comprises a step of dissolving in a mixed solvent of an alcohol and nonpolar solvent a crude form of (R)-4-(ethylamino)-3,4-dihydro-2-(3-methoxypropyl)-2H-thieno[3,2,e]-1,2-thiazine-6-sulfonamide 1,1-dioxide obtained by reaction, and depositing and refining the objective product's crystal from the resultant solution. |
