The interface has a ring element (16) arranged inside rinsing tubes (10) in relation to inlet of rinsing gas supply parts (13) and in a spacing to a window (15). An annular gap (17) is formed between the ring element and the rinsing tubes. The annular gap is opened in a direction to the window and partly closed in a direction to interior of a system component. An inner side (19) of the ring element is convex curved such that a cross-section of the ring element comprises a wing profile with a forward edge (20) at the window.
