<p>The invention simplifies a maintenance job that is based on report information from a device on which a replacement job is to be done. A computer stores configuration information that indicates an inclusivity relationship among replacement units by means of identification information that identifies multiple replacement units in the device, which is the device on which the replacement job is to be done. On the basis of the configuration information, the computer determines second identification information that indicates a second replacement unit that contains a first replacement unit within the device, said first replacement unit being indicated by first identification information contained in the report information sent from the device. Then, replacement candidate information containing the second identification information, which is for indicating that the second replacement unit is a replacement candidate, is output.</p> |
