PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker that can control ignition and smoking of oil and fat in a cooking chamber of the heating cooker; and a cooking device that is provided with the heating cooker.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a blowing means in which air in cooking chamber 11 is suctioned by generating a suction power in a cooking chamber suction port 12, and the air suctioned from the cooking chamber suction port 12 is spouted from a nozzle 28, and is provided with a space in which ventilation is possible between a bottom surface of a pan 27 and a mounting surface of a cooking table 26 to place a heated object, wherein the nozzle 28 is disposed in a height position between the bottom surface of the pan 27 and the mounting surface of the cooking table 26, and a projection to guide the air from the nozzle 28 to a predetermined direction is disposed at the bottom surface of pan 27. |
