PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector which allows integrated formation of the detector so as to facilitate alignment of respective detection elements and improve X-ray detection efficiency.SOLUTION: An X-ray detector according to one embodiment comprises: a collimator including a plurality of collimator elements shielding an X-ray radiated from an X-ray source; a scintillator including a plurality of scintillator elements absorbing energy of the X-ray collimated by the collimator and emitting light; a flexible photoelectric conversion part converting light from the scintillator into an electrical signal; and a holding part that has a curved shape along a spherical surface or a cylindrical surface about the X-ray source, is in contact with at least one of the collimator and the photoelectric conversion part, and maintains the shapes of the collimator, the scintillator and the photoelectric conversion part.
