PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation plate for ventilating according to an air temperature change of an outdoor temperature, underfloor and an attic space, a ventilator for airtightly shielding ventilation, and a more energy saving and environment-friendly house provided with the ventilator by a ventilation construction method for making natural ventilation possible, and raising airtightness at non-ventilation.SOLUTION: A ventilator comprises: a substrate having holes in the form of a stripe; a slide plate having the holes in the form of the stripe and so mounted as to slide on the substrate; a temperature sensitive spring fixed on the substrate and the slide plate and allowing a shrinkage force to be changed according to an ambient temperature; and a spring fixed on the substrate and the slide plate having a constant shrinkage force even if an ambient temperature is changed, and giving a spring bias in a reverse direction of the temperature sensitive spring. The slide plate slides according to a change of the shrinkage force between the temperature sensitive spring and the spring. When the holes are overlapped, the ventilation plate in which a ventilation opening is formed is constituted. In addition, the ventilator provided with the ventilation plate, the ventilator provided in a foundation and the attic space, and the house by the ventilation construction method communicating with the underfloor and the attic space are constituted. |
