PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell capable of suppressing deterioration in an air electrode.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell 1 comprises: an air electrode 14; a fuel electrode 11; and a solid electrolyte layer 15 arranged between the air electrode 14 and the fuel electrode 11. The air electrode 14 contains a complex oxide having a perovskite structure expressed by a general formula ABO. In a cross section of the air electrode 14, standard deviation values of atomic concentration of each of elements in B site measured by the energy dispersion type X-ray spectrometry in 10 spots within a single visual field, are equal to or less than 5.03. |
