PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic voltage regulation device which is capable of regulating voltages while simultaneously monitoring two systems, and improving a rate of utilization as a result.SOLUTION: An automatic voltage regulation device comprises: a connection line connecting distribution lines which have the same phase in different two systems with each other; (N+1) (N is an integer and the same applies hereafter) switches which are provided in series to the connection line; a total of N reactive power adjusters which are provided one by one between neighboring switches to connect in parallel with the distribution lines; voltage measuring means which measures voltages of the distribution lines in the two systems; and control means which controls ON/OFF operations of the switches in accordance with a magnitude of voltage fluctuation determined from measurement results of the voltage measuring means. As the reactive power adjusters, devices each including a power capacitor or a shunt reactor may be available. |
