PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save resources and time for performing sample printing and trial printing and to efficiently process a job of variable printing even if an operator and an image forming apparatus of an output object are changed.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus which performs variable printing on the basis of a job using fixed data and variable data includes a control section which stores information on an output result of sample printing or trial printing in a data structure on the variable printing when the sample printing or the trial printing is performed. The control section extracts a similar job similar to the job on the basis of at least one of information on the image forming apparatus of an output destination, setting information on the job and information on printing paper, and stores and reflects information on the output result of the sample printing or the trial printing in the data structure on the variable printing based on the similar job. |
