According to an aspect of an embodiment, a method to effect setting recommendations at a communication device is described. The method may include receiving contextual data at the communication device. The contextual data may indicate conditions existing at application of a setting during use of an application at the communication device. The method may further include identifying a pattern based on the contextual data. The method may further include generating, based on the identified pattern, a setting recommendation to apply during use of the application at the communication device under conditions substantially matching the identified pattern. The method may further include presenting the setting recommendation to a user of the communication device and receiving data indicating a response to the setting recommendation. |
