<p>A gas-releasing structure: configured from a sliding member, which has a bottomed hole and a side surface opening and is subject to a pressing force by an elastic body, and a sliding member receptacle, which has a gas-releasing port; and installed near the end of the molten material flow path in the die or the molten material flow path of the cavity. The structure is configured to prevent the outflow of the molten material: by forming spaces (S1 to S5), into which the leading edge of the flowing molten material enters, and expanding the capacity of the bottomed hole so that the sliding member functions reliably; and by the action of the respective slanted surfaces resulting from forming the bottom surface of the sliding member as a slanted surface (SF1) and the left and right inner surfaces of the sliding member receptacle and the left and right outer surfaces of the sliding member as slanted surfaces (SF2, SF3, SF4, SF5). The structure is also provided with an ejector pin for removing molten material filled in the bottomed hole, the side surface opening and the gas-releasing port.</p> |
