PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently control operations of respective facility apparatuses provided to a house while improving usability of the facility apparatuses for residents.SOLUTION: A house 10 is provided with a plurality of facilities 21-25 supplied with electric power from a power distribution board 11 to operate. A home server 28 limits an operation of one of the plurality of facilities 21-25 on the basis of priority levels of operations predetermined for the plurality of facilities 21-25 when the electric power supplied from the power distribution board 11 reaches a predetermined electric power allowable value. Further, the home server 28 determines whether the priority levels need to be changed on the basis of information associated with one of use states of the respective facilities 21-25 and actions of residents, and changes settings of the priority levels when it is determined that the priority levels need to be changed.
