PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice interactive summarization device in which in a support method of increasing efficiency of response monitoring (hearing a voice and evaluation thereof) in a call center, even to a set of responses which are out of an interactive flow of a talk script, efficiency of a monitoring work can be increased.SOLUTION: A voice interactive summarization device extracts a plurality of speeches out of an interactive text set, and extracts, as a speech cluster, speeches which are connected with each other in an implication relation out of the extracted plurality of speeches. |
