PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion between a protective layer and a photosensitive layer without impairing the electrical characteristic of an electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is characterized that, in a photoreceptor including at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer in order on a conductive substrate, the photosensitive layer includes at least any of inorganic fine particles and organic fine particles to the depth of 0.3-8 μm from the surface thereof, the ten-point average roughness RzJIS of the surface of the photosensitive layer falls into the range of 0.05-0.60 μm, and the protective layer includes a reactant of a radical polymerizable compound and metal oxide fine particles. |
