PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a communication condition of a communication terminal in appropriate timing. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone 1, a central control part 11 outputs an output signal indicating the present communication condition when connection to an external device (charging cable 7, charging base 8) is detected. For example, when the connection to the external device (charging cable 7, charging base 8) is detected, the present communication condition (communication condition of a radio communication part 13, receiving condition of a broadcast receiving part 16) is reported, and the output signal indicating the communication status is output to the external device (charging base 8).
