A method for drying grain materials includes drying of grain material in U-like vibrating drying chamber with placed in horizontal position perforated floor, at that material is displaced by perforated surfaces at passage of drying agent through it. Grain material is fed to inside of the U-like vibrating drying chamber with perforated floor inclined to one side, under that a cavity for supply of ozone-air mix simultaneously with drying agent is formed, at that the U-like vibrating drying chamber with loaded grain material is tightened with gates at the sides of loading and unloading of grain material, it is brought to vibratory motion, with supply to inside of the U-like vibrating drying chamber of ozone-air mix at temperature 18...25 °C, ozone concentration 1.0...0.1 g/m, this is mixed with the drying agent with temperature 25...70 °C, depending on required pre-set values of the end humidity of grain material, besides that, the worked out ozone-air mix together with drying agent is directed from the U-like vibrating drying chamber to destructor where rests of ozone are destroyed with formation of mix safe for maintenance staff. |
