The present invention relates to the buoyant body module of a berthing facility for small ships, which may actively cope with the ebb and flow of the frequently changing tides at sea, on a lake, and in a river and with differences in water level due to the seafloor, and which can be easily installed at low cost, and to a berthing facility including same. The buoyant body module of the berthing facility includes: a buoyant body contacting one side surface of a ship to support the ship while floating on the surface of the water; and an adjustment body pulling a support cable by using an elastic force to maintain the tension of the support cable, wherein the adjustment body releases the support cable when the water level increases to pull the support cable due to the ascending force of the buoyant body and collects the released support cable when the water level decreases to allow the buoyant body to descend. |
