PURPOSE: A battery module is provided to have an adiabatic function for blocking overcooling as well as the cooling of the battery module since heat transfer is taken place through the heat transferring material which is arranged between the inner and outer cases under specific temperature conditions. CONSTITUTION: A battery module (1) comprises: a secondary battery (100) including an anode plate and a cathode plate; an inner case (200) in which a plurality of secondary batteries are arranged in a row inside; an outer case (300) in which the inner case is arranged inside; an adiabatic section (400) in which the space is formed by separating the exterior of the inner case from the interior of the outer case with a certain distance; and a heat transferring material (500), which is arranged in the adiabatic section, connecting the inner case to the outer case or disconnecting the inner case from the outer case. |
