PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing the power loss of an overhead distribution line is provided to prevent the power loss due to the induction current of an overhead ground line by blocking the induction current which is induced on the overhead ground line. CONSTITUTION: Both ends (100a,100b) of an overhead ground line or a jumper line are inserted into a case (11,12) to face each other. Screw parts (111a,111b,121a,121b) combined with a screw part (151) formed in a combination part are formed on both ends of the case. A pair of discharge plates (13,14) are connected to both ends of the overhead ground line or the jumper line which is inserted into the case. The discharge plates are arranged in the case to face each other. Outlets (112,122) are vertically formed to discharge an arc from the case. |
