METHOD FOR ASSESSING ULTIMATE PHYSICAL LOAD FOR FUNCTIONAL STATE OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

A recording electrocardiogram (ECG) at rest and following physical load. In addition, heart rate at rest (HR) and following physical load (HR) is measured. The parameters of the cardiologic cycles comprising P-Q interval are recorded with P-Qat rest and P-Qfollowing physical load. Pduration of atrial contraction following physical load is measured. The type of cardiac response to the load is delineated. According to the type of cardiac response, the maximal heart rate for physiological response to the load or for pathological response to the load is determined, which correspond to individual non-conflict intracardial hemodynamics at the maximally allowable physical loads.
