PURPOSE: A fan motor for a vehicle reduces the size of the whole package by integrally forming an inverter receiving unit on the opposite side of a rotor receiving unit in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION: An inverter (120) is disposed in an inverter receiving unit. The inverter includes a heating unit. A cover (140) is in contact with the heating unit. The cover covers the inverter receiving unit. A heat transfer unit (130) transfers the heat of the heating unit to the cover.
