PURPOSE: A front wheel brake is provided to improve brake effects as a rubber belt, which is a brake device, and a tire come into contact with each other due to impact when strong braking power is applied to rear wheels. CONSTITUTION: 6 springs are installed on the opposite side of spring bars (280,281,282) so that a front wheel brake absorbs impact with a double impact absorbing device (205). The front wheel brake is controlled according to the rigidity to stop rear wheels so that a rubber belt (290) and a tire rubber (291) directly come into contact with each other, and a braking effect is improved. |
